The company requires an experienced Production Manager to take responsibility for the planning,
organisation and management of its film and media productions.
- Planning and managing film, media and other creative productions from pre-production through to
completion; - Preparing and managing production schedules and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed
timescales; - Managing production budgets and monitoring project expenditure;
- Coordinating production teams, cast, crew, contractors and other personnel;
- Arranging and coordinating locations, equipment, facilities and other production resources;
- Liaising with directors, producers, clients and external service providers;
- Ensuring appropriate production standards and quality control throughout each project;
- Identifying and resolving operational issues affecting production;
- Supervising staff and allocating production responsibilities; and
- Ensuring the efficient use of company resources across multiple productions.
The position is important to the company because the increasing volume of production work requires
dedicated senior management and coordination. The role will enable the company to manage its
projects effectively while maintaining appropriate standards, budgets and delivery timescales.
Broadcasting and Entertainment Producer
Hiba Noor Films Ltd also requires a Broadcasting and Entertainment Producer to take responsibility for
developing, coordinating and delivering film, broadcasting, digital media and entertainment productions.
- Developing and coordinating film, broadcasting and entertainment projects;
- Working with directors, writers, performers and production personnel to develop production concepts;
- Planning individual productions from initial concept through to final delivery;
- Preparing production plans, schedules and project requirements;
- Coordinating filming, editing and post-production activities;
- Identifying and engaging appropriate creative and technical personnel;
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders regarding production requirements;
- Reviewing scripts, concepts and production material;
- Monitoring the creative and technical quality of productions;
- Coordinating the delivery of completed productions for broadcast, digital platforms and other forms of
distribution; and - Supporting the development of new productions and commercial opportunities for the company.
The recruitment of a dedicated Producer will allow Hiba Noor Films Ltd to undertake a greater volume of
professional productions while ensuring that each project receives appropriate creative and operational
supervision.
Recruitment Requirement
The company requires individuals with appropriate experience and knowledge of the film, media and
entertainment industry who are capable of undertaking these specialist responsibilities.
The two positions perform separate and complementary functions within the business. The Production
Manager will primarily be responsible for the operational, logistical, financial and personnel
management of productions. The Broadcasting and Entertainment Producer will primarily be
responsible for the creative development, coordination and delivery of film, media and entertainment
content.
Both positions are required to support the company’s existing workload and anticipated growth. The
requested allocation is therefore reasonable and proportionate to the company’s genuine recruitment
requirements.
